avoiding soy is enough of a pain in the ass, so i'm pretty relieved that i don't have to deal with the added nightmare of gluten ravaging my insides on top of everything else.i've definitely noticed a difference in how i feel both physically and emotionally based on how much soy i "accidentally" eat, (did you know that soy is in chocolate? because it is.) and i feel much better when i'm soy-free. you would think that feeling better would be enough of a driving force to keep me on the straight and narrow, but for some reason it's not. i've made severe dietary changes before, but those were mostly fueled by insanity, so i'm really not sure how to handle something like this without getting hysterically obsessive. right now i'm just trying to make small changes in the hopes that gradually there will be a shift in my thoughts and behaviours.
the added stress that comes with working in retail between november to january isn't really going to do me any favours, but all i can do is try.
one day at a time,
love so pauvre

Yaaaaaay! Glad to hear the good news!
And clever title :)
This was my favorite news on Earth. Tofu and Chocolate I can live without. Pasta and pancakes and bread and cake and homemade cookies . . . not so much.
How will you make it through this and start making good decisions? Simple . . . by facing it as a team with your bear!
well thank goodness although I have no idea how you can stay away from chocolate even if there is soy in it...I would eat chocolate even if there were razorblades in it.
such exciting news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i ma sure that is a huge weight over your shoulders! you can conquer the soy, i just know it!
